American Lamb Chops: Loin, Rib, Blade, Shoulder Arm, Sirloin

Project Description

The Lamb Board commissioned Range®, Inc. to develop a “chop” series to highlight underutilized cuts from the shoulder and leg along with popular cuts from the rib and loin. The goal was to create a complete series visually. We developed four new recipes, and hand cut and sculpted fresh lamb into beautiful raw cuts for editorial photos and beauty shots of the cooked lamb. We also captured elements of the recipe to support future collateral development.

Project Details

The Range team took charge of creative art direction, food styling, prop styling, pre- and post-production, and recipe development. The result was a beautiful piece highlighting American lamb using the following recipes:

  • Honey Lemon Lamb Chops with Olive Relish
  • American Lamb Rib Chops with Mashed Sweet Potatoes and Rosemary Butter
  • Moroccan Lamb Chops with Chickpea-Tomato Tagine
  • Lamb Sirloin Chops with Tomato and White Beans Provencal
